The Wellness Art Therapy Workshop is a small-group experience led by Chia-Hua, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist®. Through a brief educational presentation, a guided faith-based creative exercise, and meaningful discussion, participants will explore how creativity and artistic expression can support emotional wellness, self-reflection, and personal growth.

This workshop is designed to be welcoming, engaging, and accessible to everyone. No artistic talent or previous experience is required.

While therapeutic in nature, this workshop is not a clinical therapy session.
