Meaningful Clinical Work Within a Supportive Community

At Firm Foundation Family Services, our mission is to provide exceptional therapy, counseling, and coaching services for the glory of God and the edification of every individual, couple, and family we serve.

We are always open to connecting with licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about serving others with clinical excellence, compassion, humility, and integrity.

Our practice values both clinician autonomy and collaborative support. Our clinicians are independent contractors who determine their own schedules, fees, and methods of practice. We provide a professional setting within a cooperative team environment. We believe meaningful therapeutic work happens best where individual strengths are respected, peer relationships are encouraged, and ongoing professional growth is supported.

Whether you are an experienced clinician, newly licensed therapist, or resident pursuing licensure, we welcome conversations with professionals who desire to contribute thoughtfully to both client care and the broader community.

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to discussing both part-time and full-time opportunities with:

  • Fully licensed mental health professionals

  • Provisionally licensed residents seeking full licensure

Please note that while we welcome residents, we are not currently able to provide on-site supervision. Residents would be responsible for securing an approved off-site supervisor.

We value diverse clinical backgrounds, specialties, and experiences, including:

  • Children and adolescents

  • Couples and families

  • Trauma and abuse recovery

  • Addictions counseling

  • Play therapy

  • Multilingual counseling services

  • Faith-integrated counseling

  • Group therapy and workshops

Additional certifications, specializations, and unique professional experiences are always welcome.

Community Involvement and Outreach

As a practice, we hope to serve not only individual clients, but also the broader community around us. We value clinicians who are interested in contributing beyond the therapy room in ways that align naturally with their interests and strengths. This may include:

  • Public speaking opportunities

  • Educational workshops or seminars

  • Support groups

  • School or church partnerships

  • Community education initiatives

  • Volunteer involvement

Our Core Values

    God’s Design for Relationships

God is the Author of life and the Creator of marriage, parenthood, and family. When we walk in obedience with Him, our relationships are characterized by love, respect, fulfillment, and reflect His divine purpose.

    God is Good

He desires that people fulfill their purpose to love and serve Him and others in fruitful relationships that glorify Him. God’s good intentions may involve suffering, but He is faithful to sanctify His own for His glory and their edification.

    The Power of Family

Families shape us deeply, offering both immense joy and potential heartache. Strengthening family bonds through Biblically-based therapy can lead to lasting peace and restoration.
